QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

GENERAL QUESTIONS

We get lots of questions about pricing. 

So hopefully this section will help answer a lot of those. 


Q: How much do your puppies cost?

A: our puppies start at $500, and depending color, gender, size, markings, quality, and bloodline, they can go up to as much as $3500. 


Q: Why is there a difference in price?

A: Market factors of supply and demand determine the price. Less desirable puppies are priced less. More desirable puppies are priced more. 


Q: What is your cheapest puppy?

A: As a rule, black tricolor and bicolor males with brown eyes are the least expensive puppies we sell. 

Merle females with blue eyes are the most expensive.


Q: Does the price include tax?

A: No, the price does not include tax. Tax is added on to the price. 


Q: If I pay in cash, can I avoid paying tax? 

A: No you must pay sale tax,, like any other sale. 


Q: Do you deliver?

A: No we do not deliver puppies. 


Q: Do you meet half way for puppy pick ups?

A: No we do not.


Q: Can I change my reservation to another available puppy?

A: Yes, you may change your reservation to any other puppy currently listed as available . 


Q: Will you hold a puppy for me?

A: We can only hold a puppy for you with a deposit. Available puppies are first come first serve. We cannot hold for you without a deposit.  


Q: If I place a deposit and then change my mind, will I get a refund? 

A: Deposits are nonrefundable. We will keep your deposit on file for a future purchase.  


Q: If I start a payment plan and change my mind, will i get a refund? 

A: No, payments on a payment plan are nonrefundable. 


Q: If I paid for a puppy but want to change my reservation to a more expensive puppy, what happens.  

A: You must pay the difference. 


Q: If I paid for a puppy but want to change my reservation to a puppy of less value than i paid for, will I get a refund.  

A: No, you will get credit toward a future purchase. 


Q: If I buy  a  puppy and take it home, and then decide I want a different puppy of similar value can I switch??

A: No, but you can purchase a second puppy if you wish.


Q: If I take a puppy home, and them realize it's not going to work out, can I bring it back and get a refund?

A: You may always bring the dog or puppy back. You will not recieve a refund, however. Please be sure you are ready for a dog before you buy. 


Q: If I cant keep a puppy or dog that i got from you can I resell, rehome, or surrender it to a shelter?

A: No, you are contractually required to return it to us. 


Q: If I return a dog or puppy, will I get a refund?

A: No, you will not receive a refund. 


Q: If I live in an unstable environment (example: living in my car) can I still get a puppy for emotional support?

A: No we reserve the right to decline applications for any reason if we believe the home would be unsuitable for our puppies. 


Q: If I can't afford a puppy, can you give me a cheap or free puppy? 

A: No, we do not provide free or cheap puppies for low income individuals. 


Q: Would you donate a puppy as to be service dog?

A: We would be happy to sell you a puppy for service dog.
